Just took my 2021 Nissan rogue and for oil change tire rotation, and the manager did a full inspection dated years back and let me know any additional things I needed done to my car. That was very impressive for him to do that great customer service great quality of work definitely will be back. I think the manager and also the mechanic who worked on my vehicle thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish! Pat the mechanic was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I really appreciated the quality of the work and great customer service. It's refreshing to find someone you can trust. I highly recommend Pat and will definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Midas in 501 S Green Bay Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085, IL. My car broke down late at night because the battery and alternator had failed. Since I have drive back to Wisconsin, I had the vehicle towed through Statefarm towing service to my friend place and from there I have to tow through Garcias Flores Towing LLC to the Midas repair shop and managed everything remotely. The team was professional and kept me informed throughout the process. They first performed a diagnostic inspection, called me to explain the problem, and provided a repair estimate. They didn't start any work until I approved the cost over the phone, which I really appreciated. After I approved the repair, they quickly replaced the battery and alternator and called me as soon as the work was completed. Their prompt service, clear communication, and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to my friend, who generously helped by coordinating the towing and picking up my car after the repairs were completed. Having someone willing to help during an unexpected breakdown, especially when I was managing ev

Tom from Midas is extremely helpful and honest. I brought my car in after getting quoted $850 from the dealership to do rear brakes on a 30k mile car. After finding that recommendation odd, I brought it to this location and Tom confirmed my car did not need rear brakes, and also found that the warranty work (rear cv axle) that dealership did the same day they recommended brakes was done incorrectly, and let me go under the lift to take pictures of the mistake so I could go back to the dealership to get it corrected. Highly recommend this location, they are honest and great people.

Took both my cars her for oil changes. What I love about this place is them not upselling hard. I book an appointment for what I want and then leave. I just recently got my spark plugs changed here and it cost a fraction for what other places were charging me. Just shows that they aren’t trying to get every penny out of me. Great service!
